Delicious and strong, minced garlic rehydrates very quickly. Perfect for cooking.
Sprinkle on chicken, veggies, steak, pasta and in salad dressing. For garlic bread, mix 2-3 tsp. in 1/3 cup olive oil and let stand for a few minutes. Brush mixture on Italian bread, sprinkle with salt and bake.
