    Blood Orange & Cranberry Pear Chicken Marinade

    Prep Time: 6 Minutes | Yield: about 2 cups


    • 1 cup Prima Oliva Blood Orange Olive Oil
    • 1 cup Prima Oliva Cranberry Pear
      Balsamic Vinegar
    • Salt and Pepper to taste


    Mix all ingredients together.   Coat the chicken with the marinade and allow to marinate in a sealed container or large zip lock bags for a

    minimum of 12 hours or overnight, turning a few times.

    Note: Also try this marinade on salmon or as a salad dressing. Blood Orange olive oil is a great substitute for vegetable oil in cakes and brownies.

      Found this brand at a local fair and I am hooked. It will be the ONLY Olive Oil we ever buy. I love all the different flavors. Very crisp, clean flavors.
