    Basil Olive Oil – Tastes great with the following balsamic vinegars: Pomegranate, Fig, Strawberry, Oregano, Black Cherry, Raspberry, Blackberry Ginger & Traditional 18-Year Old Aged Balsamic.

    Blood Orange Olive Oil – Tastes great with the following balsamic vinegars: Strawberry, Fig, Cinnamon Pear,  Cranberry Pear, Mango, Sicilian Lemon, Ripe Peach, Black Cherry, Tangerine, Pomegranate, Dark Chocolate, Espresso & Traditional 18-Year Old Aged Balsamic.

    Tuscan Herb Olive Oil – Tastes great with the following balsamic vinegars: Traditional 18-Year Old Aged Balsamic, Sicilian Lemon, Oregano, Ripe Peach and Pomegranate.

    Use Prima Oliva Extra Virgin Olive Oils for cooking, salads and marinades. Our extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) are all first-cold-press extra virgin olive oils that offer the most un-refined flavor with low acidity and high oleic acid. When mixing your favorite EVOO with your selected BALSAMIC for a salad dressing or marinade, it is recommended that you mix equal parts (50/50) but this can vary depending upon your personal taste preferences. Season with Sea Salt and Cracked Peppercorns as desired.
